Ki Aikido

Join our friendly Ki Aikido martial arts classes in Dorchester and Weymouth where everyone learns at their own pace.

Learn some Aikido techniques and nurture your inner strength, all whilst having fun.

Our Classes

Classes are welcoming, supportive, and designed for all skill levels from beginner to advanced.

Sessions are tailored to the age and mobility of those attending. Various ranges of fitness levels can be catered to.

Minimum age is 12 years old with no maximum age. It is possible to continue practising Aikido for your whole life and many people start when in their 40s or 50s. Age is not a barrier and you can be experienced or new to martial arts; all are welcome.
